Krugman Studio collaborated with Christo Holloway to create a constellation LED sculpture for IBM Watson's print and digital ad campaign in Winter 2016. The sculpture is an eye made out of stars constructed with painted brass tubing, sandblasted acrylic spheres and LEDs. Super-fine wire chases through the interior of the structure. Sections of it are individually dimmable allowing for dynamic effects during filming and for still photographs. The artwork was subsequently displayed at IBM's offices in Manhattan. Christo Holloway (Clockwork Apple) worked with Krugman Studio to realize the physical design as it related to wiring, optics, illumination, power and control.
