Make your servo respond to your photocell, and use the potentiometer to calibrate the proper light threshold. Or to calibrate the "stop" point on the servo.
Use the servo, the photoresistor and an LED to make a forest that dances at night time. Or swap the light sensor for a PIR sensor and make the tree move when someone comes near it.
